RENTAL SPACE AVAILABLE AT PCA

Here’s a rental opportunity for weekday evenings and weekend occupancy in prime Montgomery County area on highly visible Germantown Pike. Weeknight and Saturday gym space ideal for theater group, dance/exercise instruction, or athletic organizations (cheer squad, basketball league, etc.). Sunday morning/afternoon space perfect for church worship services!

Here is a list of rates for new rentals of our spaces:

  • Gym: $75 per hr. weekday / $100 per hr. Saturday and Sunday
  • Cafeteria: $60 per hr. weekday / $75 per hr. Saturday and Sunday
  • Library: $60 per hr. weekday / $75 per hr. Saturday and Sunday
  • Classroom: $60 per hr. weekday / $75 per hr. Saturday and Sunday
  • PS Gym: $60 per hr. weekday / $75 per hr. Saturday and Sunday
  • Ball Fields:$100 per field per event
  • Grounds (outside only): $200 per event
