PCA Summer Camp 2009 has been cancelled

We are so sorry to have to write this to you, but unfortunately PCA Summer Camp 2009 has been cancelled due to low enrollment. So many of you have become like family to us through this adventure in the last few years. It saddens us just as much as you. Deb and I worked so hard to make this happen, but because of the condition of the economy, there isn’t a great need for summer care. We will be praying that you will find other income easily, just as I hope you can pray the same for Deb and me. We are all in the same boat, and we hope that this awesome program can resume next year. Thanks so much for your patience with this matter. We know God works for the good, so we trust that. Our Mission

The PCA summer camp provides a continuum of academic components through hands-on and inquiry based educational programs. Integrity and leadership skills are developed through team building and problem solving opportunities with guidance and encouragement by a professional staff that portrays characteristics of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Program Highlights

  • Each two-week session has a theme filled with with crafts, games, experiments, water play, computer class, field trips, bible stories, devotions, cookouts, and dress-up days.
  • Swimming at local pool for campers entering 1st grade through entering 5th grade.
  • All camp counselors are PCA staff or alumni.
  • ESC hours available for before and after camp.
  • Chapel each Friday with special guest speakers.
  • Fun filled learning opportunities with use of SMARTboard technology, computer activities and hands-on experiments.
  • Special assemblies from guest speakers in the community.

Prices for 2009

PCA Families**
Academy students: (entering 1st - 5th grade) $180 per week ($360 per session)
Preschool students: (3 year-old entering - Kindergarten) $165 per week ($330 per session)
Extended Day care (ESC): $2 for AM and $4 for PM

Non-PCA Families** Academy: $200 per week ($400 per session)
Preschool: $180 per week ($360 per session)

**$50 non-refundable registration fee per child plus one session must be paid upon registration to secure spot. See Policy for further details) Discounts available for multiple children and pre-registration.

Hours of Operation

Camp begins at 9:00am and ends promptly at 3:00pm.
ESC hours are 7:30am-9:00am and 3:00pm-6:00pm sharp.
